Full-Time Store Clerk / Attendant

Reporting to the COO, this successful candidate will assist with the direct sales of electronics and computer products, assist with quality assurance and dispute resolution.

Duties:

  • Assist customers with check-out
  • Stock shelves and keep track of inventory
  • Assist customers with product inquires (hands-on training provided)
  • Light office cleaning (dust, sweep and maintain general hygiene)

Part-Time Computer Repair Technician

Location: Medina, NY & Brockport, NY (Opening Soon)

Reporting to the office manager, this person will assist with the diagnostics and repair of residential computers and IT related hardware.

Duties:

  • Diagnose and repair computers, printers, mobile devices
  • Help optimize deliverability of finished products
  • Assist with checking in new repair orders
  • Cash out customers and assist with bringing unit to car (if requested)
  • Assist with repairs at both locations (will be scheduled in advance and we are always willing to work around your schedule)

Job Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in computer repair or similar
  • Educational background in computer repair technologies
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy, good judgment and initiative
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong work ethics and a sense of urgency
  • Must posses a positive can-do attitude
  • NYS drivers licenses required (Class D minimum)
