We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Computer Repair Technician to join our reputable team. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hardware and software diagnostics to identify issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.
  • Repair, upgrade, and replace computer components such as motherboards, CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and graphics cards.
  • Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and drivers.
  • Perform system optimizations, updates, and software patches to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software conflicts, network connectivity issues, and peripheral device problems.
  • Provide timely and accurate repair estimates to customers and communicate repair status throughout the process.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and well-informed about their repair options.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, service tickets, and inventory.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends, industry best practices, and emerging hardware/software developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Computer Repair Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with computer peripherals, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage repair tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality repairs.Technical certifications (e.g., A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
