Responsibilities:
- Lead our sales and marketing initiatives to achieve specific sales targets and business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Report on sales performance and forecast future sales trends.
- Participate in conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the IT or MSP industry.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- General IT knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must live in or near Medina, NY & Brockport, NY.
